Arrivals and Pickup
For the protection of all the children in our charge, the comings and goings of the students are controlled with care. Children are to be accompanied into the school by an adult and signed in; a sign-in sheet is provided in each classroom. Similarly, children must be signed out when they leave. No child will be released to anyone other than a parent or an appointed adult for whom we have written authorization.
Absences
The director or teacher should be informed when a child is to be absent. Credit or makeup days are not given for absences of any kind.
Dressing for School
Let your child dress for active play. It is best for children to wear simple clothes that they can manage themselves and that can be easily laundered. An extra set of clothing should be provided, to be kept at the preschool for use in an emergency. Sweaters, jackets, and other belongings must be marked with your childs name.
