Introduction

We provide high-quality care for children 2, 3 and 4 years of age in a well-organized, loving and stimulating environment that is licensed by the State of Maryland (#03-117289). The Early Childhood Center is an integral part of the mission and ministry of St. Paul Lutheran Church to serve the needs of families with young children in our community. All children are welcome and we do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, sex or nationality.

Our Philosophy

Our belief that each child is a unique and special gift from God, and our commitment to express God's love by serving others has enabled us to provide an early-development educational program that is special.
